Current clients are from varied industry, academic and occupational backgrounds and include executives, professionals and recent graduates as well as returners to the workforce. Some Strengthening Talent clients are relocating executives and their partners moving within the US or relocating into the country from another part of the world.

Our proven approach is based upon understanding the individual client’s needs, and once these are established and agreed, the approach is consultant driven, but client-focused.

The Strengthening Talent approach follows a structured sequence, and involves a series of in-person meetings or calls via phone or Skype. Typical programs should not exceed 20 hours.

This approach works best on a one-to-one, in-person basis, and is adaptable to specific clients’ needs.

Charges are by the hour, and the rate structure fits most corporate, non-profit and individual budgets.

In addition to complete programs, we can also provide a service for specific, one-off deliverables, and we are sought after to speak at meetings, events and conferences on a variety of career search, labor market and recruiting topics.
